Cluster frames. We all love to play with them. When our mojo is not working they are a pre-started tag that can give our mojo  the jump it needs. 

I do not know about you but some time I just want the basic wreath and want to decorate it myself. So that is where clusters n frames come in, they are both titled to match the name of the kit. So you can use the wreath and create with it or you can use the wreath and the cluster for a full tag base.
